Your Business is Unique
We know every business is different. Our engineering team will custom-design your alternative energy system, based on your facility's architecture and your business' projected electrical, heating, and air conditioning needs for the next 15+ years. Engineers will complete a structural analysis of your facility and produce a full set of structural designs and electrical blueprints. Your design plans will also contain the specification sheets for all system components, such as the solar panels, turbines, or geothermal heat pumps needed for your project. We will then submit your approved plans to your local city government to obtain the necessary building permits.
Quality Installation
Solair Systems' professional installation teams have extensive experience and high standards, and build renewable energy systems to our high standards, using only the most competent individuals available in both skilled labor and supervisory positions. As well, we use only the highest-quality equipment, whether it’s solar panels or geothermal conduit. Once we complete construction, your project manager will schedule an inspection with your local building department to confirm that the installation conforms to local regulations,and with the utility company for connection to the power grid.
Project Management
Your dedicated project manager will plan out your installation and coordinate all team members, including the engineering/design team, installation crew, and external city and utility inspectors. He will work closely with you ensure minimal disruption to your business, and keep you apprised of project status every step of the way. Our technology approach allows us to efficiently manage large-scale installations from beginning to end, saving time and money on your project. Our project tracking system provides the status of every job and gives our team immediate digital access to your project plan, engineering drawings, original site audit measurements, and photos—all so that we can stay completely informed and keep your project on schedule.
